Seven stages. You own the fifth.
Research
You type a domain. Icepik reads the site, maps the competitors from a company database, and drafts a profile: what you sell, to whom, the keywords buyers use, and the pricing, capability and proof facts it may quote in replies. You correct anything wrong once; every campaign inherits it.
Ideal customer profile and angles
For each campaign you state the offer and the audience in plain English. Icepik turns that into several search angles (titles, company types, geographies, keywords) and a fit rubric, and keeps refining them as leads come back.
Find and score
Angles run against Apollo’s people database, Google Maps listings and web search. Results are deduplicated by person and company, checked against your suppression lists, and scored for fit. Anyone under the threshold is dropped before you see them.
Research each lead
For every lead that passes, Icepik reads their company’s site and builds a short dossier: what they do, recent signals, and why your offer is relevant to them specifically. That dossier is what the email is written from.
Your review gate
The list, the dossiers and the drafted emails wait for you. Approve, remove leads, edit a draft, or steer the campaign with a message. Autopilot can approve the next batch after a timer you set, and you can turn it off per project.
Send in their hours
Emails go out inside each lead’s working hours in their timezone, spaced out under a daily cap you control, from a warmed Icepik sending domain with a sender name matched to their region and in their language. Follow-ups are scheduled and cancelled the moment someone replies.
Reply
Incoming replies land in the app’s inbox. Each is classified and answered from your facts, with colleagues the lead copied in kept on the thread. Warm leads are pushed to your CRM. You send the draft, edit it, or let it go after a delay you choose.
